After Hans Ngo Wurfbain's 1st Baijiu Master Class to Nederlandse Bartenders Club, Isaac Academy invited Hans from P.A.N.D.A B.V. to create the 1st Baijiu Podcast in English, bringing knowledge of Baijiu to the world.

Anton Menkveld of the Zutphen MixxiM Cocktail Club has created the sixth Baijiu cocktail recipe collected by P.A.N.D.A in the Netherlands, using Shuntun Baijiu from China and Otenba by the renowned Dutch distiller Monique.

Otenba Amsterdam x Shuntun Chemsterdam = Gin-ger-Bai = Spcicy Cocktail with Jenever and Baijiu. Try this one in Cafe Frank in Leiden. It is a new drink by Mees with two distillers products.

Baijiu Cocktail is new to all flavor hunters. Bar Feijoa Amsterdam meets Hans and his Baijiu, and they are linked by the drink.
