Brand Story
The 1st MVP developed by Hanji Liquor x Hans and His Dear Friends Consulting. Our initial design concept revolves around a Baijiu that epitomizes the rich fragrance characteristic of Chinese spirits, a Baijiu that is reasonably priced and commendable in every aspect, and a Baijiu that allows European mixologists to unleash their creativity. This is it: Shuntun.
We proudly named it Shuntun, which stands for a blessed and favourable village. In the blessed village, the weather is favorable with gentle winds and timely rains. The people live in peace and contentment, and families dwell in harmony and well-being. Wine is a reward after the harvest, used by the villagers to celebrate all the beautiful things in life.
Chinese characters of Shuntun(顺屯) is written by Hans Ngo with authentic Chinese pen brush.

Features of Shuntun
Appearance: crystal clear.
Nosing: Strong smell of jasmine flowers and pineapple.
Tasing: Mixture of fire and ice, along with sweetness and light grain flavour.
After Taste: Clean strike with sweetness and warmth, tiny bit of bitter for a few seconds, which is naughty and interesting.
Note: The first whiff is always the strongest and the best indicator of the spirits. So take a little sip as you try new whisky. The unknown airflows contains tropical sweetness and polar dry moss, and it gets intense while you nose more. Soon, the airflow is liquidized, like a river made up by tiny little cubes, many cubes. Pinnacles, apples, muds, herbs, and more are pondering you sensing system. If before you can tell what kind of exotic smell it is, it all mildly goes away. Then take another sip.
