Happy New Year to You - The Annual Report from PANDA🐼

Dear Friends,

Happy New Year to all of you!

2024 has been a year filled with challenges and surprises. Let me share a little story about P.A.N.D.A., a cycling panda carrying a bottle of Baijiu, who has traveled across the Netherlands. Over 6,000 kilometers of riding, P.A.N.D.A. visited 137 liquor stores and successfully introduced authentic Chinese Baijiu to 37 of them.

In addition, we collaborated with bartenders in Amsterdam, Leiden, De Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Zwolle, Leeuwarden, and other cities, crafting a total of 29 cocktails with Baijiu as the base spirit.

Furthermore, there are some other remarkable facts:
1. Belly of the Beast helped P.A.N.D.A facilitate the 1st Baijiu Masterclass to the local professionals.
2. Isaac Academy produced the 1st Drankcast with Baijiu from China as topic.
3. Being guided by Peter, I distilled my 1st litre of Chinese Style Aroma Genever in a mysterious place in the center of Amsterdam.
4. P.A.N.D.A facilitated the a Baijiu Masterclass in Confucius Institute in Maastricht.
5. Laurynas from Sonora Amsterdam won the 3rd place in National Cocktail Competition in Perfect Serve Bar Show in Amsterdam, 2nd, September, 2024.

Sharing these milestones is not to boast, but to sincerely thank each of you. Without your encouragement and support, none of this would have been possible.

I will keep my passion alive and continue wiggling around!

Upcoming Activities

On January 3rd, I will embark on my first ride of 2025, heading to the Geneva Museum in Schiedam. During this visit, I’ll make a video announcement for the 1st Edition of the P.A.N.D.A. Baijiu Cocktail Game. This exciting competition will be hosted by the House of Bols Cocktail Experience in Amsterdam, and the winner will join us for a two-week tour in China, concluding just before King’s Day 2025.
