  • Can I buy from you as a private individual?

We supply to liquor stores, evening shops and wholesalers. So not to private individuals and the catering industry. Are you looking for a specific product from us? Please contact us or the liquor store near you. at hi[at]chemsterdamc.om

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

  • What are the minimum order quantities for free delivery?

For free delivery to liquor stores/HORECA we charge a minimum amount of 500 euros excluding VAT. (Updated June 12th, 2024)

The minimum order is of 6 bottles OR 1 box. (Updated May 27th, 2024)

The shipping cost is 15 euros/box, approximately 6.5-7kg/box (including: order picking, packing for delivery, and delivery. Updated May 27th, 2024)

The delivery service supplier is DPD.

  • When do you deliver?

Our standard delivery days are Tuesday to Thursday. Ordered before Monday, we will deliver in the coming days. We deliver as standard between 11:00AM and 6:00 PM. Specifying (shorter) time windows as standard is not possible.

  • A product is out of stock. What now?

Of course we will try to have this back in stock as soon as possible. Would you like to be notified when the item is available again? Then click on 'inform me' next to the article. Unfortunately, we cannot re-deliver items that are not in stock.

  • Can I also order per bottle?

No, it is NOT cost-effective at all. (Updated 27th, May, 2024)

  • How can I pay with you?

The payment terms:

  • 1st order is PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY.
  • Stable collaborator can apply for DDP-30: Payment within 30 days after receipt of goods
  • The invoicing date starts with the date goods being delivered.

PRICES

  • I don't see any prices?

We offer different prices for different roles in the supply chain. Our agents are based at the city level, and in regions with agents, we only sell to our agents. In provinces without provincial agents, we sell to various entities other than the end consumers, and pricing is based on the quantity of each purchase and the characteristics of the entities.

  • Once you have the price, the price will be valid till 30 natural days after new price being updated.
