  • Spirits Tasting with New Flavors(14:00-17:00 on a booked date)
    The session takes about 120 mins, including:
    - basic introduction to Baijiu production
    - comparative tasting of 6-8 spirits from the list below (15-25ml each)
    - Light Aroma Baichiew
    - Strong Aroma Baichiew (Shuntun·Favorable Village)
    - Soy-sauce Aroma Baichiew
    - Vodka
    - Jenever/Gin (Gin 1689)
    - Mescal
    - Whisky
    - Brandy/Grapa/Pisco
    - Tequila
    - other things included: snacks, water, entry level of P.A.N.D.A Sommelier Certificate
