🐼 Baijiu Cocktail 007: Season of Baijiu
Creator: Misje Vorstermans
Recipe:
- Shuntun Baijiu 30ml
- Lemon juice 20ml
- Honey syrup 10ml
- Creme de Mure 15ml (blackberry liqueur)
- Garnish: one blackberry
Features:
As the head of a professional cocktail training institution, Misje not only emphasizes the balance of flavors in cocktail recipes but also ensures that the ingredients are easily accessible. Shuntun Baijiu, a typical strong-aroma Baijiu, has intense tropical fruit notes. The acidity of the lemon juice and the sweetness of the honey syrup perfectly balance the original sharpness of the Baijiu. The addition of blackberry liqueur creates a sensation reminiscent of summer sunshine.
